All plans include daily off-server backups and hosting support during business hours. Website builds, custom development, domains, mailboxes and paid licences are separate. Common questions.
Can you look after an existing WordPress site?
Yes. Existing sites can be reviewed for maintenance or migration. Any required fixes are scoped before work begins.
Do I have to buy hosting to work with you?
No. Website design and development are available separately. Work can also be delivered to an existing hosting provider where the setup supports it.
Can I update my own website?
Yes. New sites use WordPress editing tools, with a handover covering everyday page and content changes.
Are website edits included in the hosting price?
Essential and Managed do not include content-editing time. Care includes two hours each month for content changes, small fixes and WordPress guidance. New pages, design changes and custom development are quoted separately.
How do payments and cancellation work?
Hosting is billed monthly or annually through Stripe. The price and recurring billing period are shown before you pay. To view invoices, update payment details or cancel renewal, open Billing and enter the email used at checkout. Your service continues through the paid period.
