Our services
WP Peach is operated by 1000430486 Ontario Inc. in Ontario, Canada. We offer WordPress website design and development, custom themes and plugins, website maintenance, managed hosting, and SEO/AEO preparation. Your written quote, proposal or service agreement describes the work you are buying. If it differs from these general terms, the specific written agreement takes priority.
Scope, delivery and client responsibilities
Before custom work begins, we agree on the scope, price, payment schedule and expected delivery. Timelines depend on timely access, content and feedback from you. Additional requests, third-party licences, domain registration, email services and content work are excluded unless your quote includes them. You must have permission to use content and software you supply and keep your account contact and payment information current.
Hosting, billing and cancellation
Essential is CA$15/month or CA$144/year; Managed is CA$25/month or CA$240/year; Care is CA$60/month or CA$600/year, plus applicable taxes. Each plan covers one WordPress site, SSL certificate management, PHP runtime maintenance, daily off-server backups, restoration support and hosting support during business hours. Managed adds monthly WordPress and plugin updates, pre-update backups, post-update site checks and a monthly security review. Security reviews cover configuration and software update status; additional remediation is scoped separately. PHP version changes are scheduled with compatibility checks. Care also includes two hours of site help per month for content changes, small fixes and WordPress guidance. Work is scoped before it begins; unused time does not roll over. Larger projects, new website builds, custom plugins, SEO/AEO projects, domains, mailboxes and paid licences are quoted separately. Larger sites and online stores require an agreed custom scope. A subscription renews automatically at the selected interval until cancelled. The price and interval are shown before checkout. Request cancellation by emailing [email protected] before your next renewal, or through our Billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular support response time unless a separate agreement says so.
Refund policy
Email [email protected] with your invoice and the reason for your request. Hosting fees for an active or completed billing period are generally non-refundable, and cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund. We will review duplicate or incorrect charges, service failures and other refund requests individually. Custom-project refunds depend on the written agreement and work already completed. These terms do not limit refunds or other rights required by applicable law.
SEO and AEO preparation
Search preparation may cover crawlability, indexing, page structure, content clarity and relevant structured data. The agreed quote defines the work. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic and inclusion in third-party search or answer systems are not guaranteed.
Payments and unpaid accounts
Payments may be collected through Stripe-hosted checkout. You authorize the recurring charges disclosed at checkout when you subscribe. We may contact you about failed payments and may suspend unpaid services after notice. Any change to recurring prices will be communicated before it takes effect. No physical goods are shipped.
Content, access and ownership
You retain ownership of content you supply. Ownership and permitted use of custom deliverables are set out in your project agreement. WordPress and third-party themes, fonts, plugins and other components remain subject to their respective licences. We do not claim exclusive ownership of open-source software. You are responsible for lawful content and use; malware, phishing, spam and illegal activity are prohibited.
Backups and ending service
Backups help recovery but are not a guarantee against every type of loss. Keep an independent copy of important content. Before hosting ends, request an export or migration arrangements so you can retain your files and database. Migration work and any post-cancellation retention are agreed separately. We may suspend services for an urgent security threat or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or failures outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
Questions and changes
Email [email protected] about services, billing, cancellation, refunds or these terms. We may update these general terms for future services. Changes to an existing project or subscription will follow its agreement and applicable law.
