Privacy policy
Effective October 25, 2026
Who we are
WP Peach is the website-services brand of 1000430486 Ontario Inc., based in Ontario, Canada. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information we collect
When you contact us or become a client, we may collect your name, email address, website or project details, requirements, correspondence and billing information. Our hosting and security providers may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request time and pages requested to deliver and protect this website.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide and support services, process payments, maintain business records, and protect our services against abuse. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without consent.
Payments
Payments, when offered, are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe handles payment-card details; we do not collect or store full card numbers on this website. We may receive payment status, invoice details and limited payment-method information needed to manage your subscription. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
Cookies and third-party services
This public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. WordPress may use essential cookies when an administrator signs in. Cloudflare and our infrastructure providers may process technical data and set security cookies where needed. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and Cloudflare Email Service to deliver your message. Name, reply email, enquiry type and message are used to respond to your request. Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish visitors from bots; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Stripe checkout has its own privacy practices. We do not embed social feeds, external fonts or tracking pixels on these pages.
Service providers and international processing
We use service providers for infrastructure, DNS and security, backups, email and payment processing. They may process information outside your province or Canada, where local laws may permit access by courts or authorities. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including contractual, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We may retain records required by law or to resolve an outstanding contractual matter, and will explain any applicable limits.
Client website data
If we host or maintain a client’s website, the client remains responsible for its own privacy notices and lawful collection of visitor information. Our handling of that website’s data follows the service agreement and the client’s instructions.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date below identifies the current version. Send questions or concerns to [email protected].
